Some how I have lost my case with the product key I have my disk and
need to reinstall the software

When I go to Word and I get the about word I get 73102-OEM-5690116-04358
but not the key to reinstall the software. Any Idea how I can find it
out?????

Given the information that Help>About Word gives you, the software was
installed on the computer when you purchased it, which means that you should
contact the vendor of the computer for the Product Key.

I think that is what the information in the following Knowledge Base article
