I have a user that gets a blank page when they attempt to create labels in
Word 2002 sp3. On the menu, if you go to tools, letters and mailings,
envelopes and labels, then click the labels tab, then options, choose an
Avery label template, we happen to be choosing the 2163, then OK, then 'new
document'. At this point on most of our PCs with the same version of Word
installed you will see page with label templates outlined. It's easy to type
in the data to be printed because you can see the outline. In the case of
this one user, there are no outlines. She simply gets a blank page. I saw
this on my PC at home too with Word 2003. I'm guessing that some option is
turned off but can not find anything. Any one know why we get the blank page?
