Missing Libaries.  How can I restore them?

When I'm in the vba editor, and I click on Tools, Reference, I get
messages (depending on the .dot file selected) that the things
identified below are missing.    Does anyone know how I can restore
them?... or if I should?

Missing:  Data Object Wizard
Missing:  DateAlarm 1.0 Type Library
Missing:  DBNamespace 1.0 Type Library
Missing:  Active DS IIS Extension Dll
Missing:  Active DS IIS Namespace Provider
Missing:  Active DS Type Library
Missing:  Active Setup Control Library

Have you scrolled down through the list of references to see if they are
there?  At least some of them are on my system.
