Mail Merge

I have a mail merge set up between a program called Advantage and Word 2003.
The merge comes down on the screen fine however, as soon as you hit the print
button the mail merge becomes squeezed to one side and you can't read it.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Execute the merge to a new document and see how that looks.

Perhaps you have Track Changes turned on and the "changes" are being
displayed in balloons.
