Hi All

I have a very strange problem which I really need some help with.

I have a laptop user that has had office 2003 and now has Office 2000 on his
machine. The reason being, Word 2003 for some reason decided to error, the
error below and no matter if I removed, rebooted and re-installed it it would
still keep the same error. I removed it and put another version on office
2000, however this had the same issue.

I found to resolve this I had to delete the user profile and re-create it
where it would work fine. His laptop uses two hardware profiles Home and
Office, home using wireless, office using the internal network card. I tested
it and both appeared to work fine without error (currently using office
2000). However, he rang me this am to say when hes at home and uses the home
hardware profile it doesnt work, in the office it works fine, I am lost and
it is beginning to annoy me something chronic.

The only difference in the hardware profiles is that Home has the internal
Nic disabled and the wireless enabled, vice versa for office profile.

Any ideas on what this could be ?
