I bought my Gateway computer about a year ago and I
installed the Word program that was included.  I recently
ran into a memory problem so I removed all of my Microsoft
Office programs and reinstalled them.  Now my Word program
is asking for the product key on a disk that came with the
computer.  I haven't seen that disk in nearly a year.  I
really need my Word.  I cannont open anything I need
(except in Word Pad, which sucks) or work on anything at
home without it.  PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi Stanley,

As you have an oem copy of the software and you will have to contact the pc
supplier for a replacement key.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
