I emptied my computer reinstalled. When i wanted to use
word I needed the key code. I can't find mine only the
cert of authanticity. Gateway can't help me they
suggested I ask Micosoft.
Any answers, suggestions. I really need to use this
program.

Hi Sue,

If the software was supplied with the computer then it is an OEM copy and
you will have to obtain the key code from Gateway.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
