I changed the Domain Name to a computer and after that I copied all the
files and folders from the previous profile to the new profile created in
windows xp professional (spanish version of office xp and windows xp)

Since that change, Word has become unstable, every time I open a document,
Word crashes.

I reinstalled Office XP without results.  Apparently after Office removal
using Add/ Remove Programs, there's still files or registry entries
corrupted.

Is there anyway to clean Office XP spanish version completely from that
computer?

Right now I'm reinstalling the operating system of that computer, but I have
another one with the same problems.

TIA

Hi Eduardo

Before you re-install, it may be quicker to investigate the following
steps:
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/AppErrors/ProbsOpeningWord.htm

As you've discovered, reinstalling does not delete either the registry
entries or templates, and they may be the cause of your problems.

Hope this helps.
