I have upgraded from Word 97 and cannot find where to
format my numbered lists so they automatically
capitalize.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi Karen

Tools > AutoCorrect Options. Tick "Capitalize first letter of
sentences". However, bear in mind that Word's idea of a sentence and
your idea of a sentence may not coincide.

Hope this helps.
