Resetup of word

My hardrive recently crashed. Gateway repaired my
harddrive. When trying to setup word, I am told that I
need my 12 digit code, from the back of my jewel case, to
setup word. I no longer have my jewel cases and do not
remember my code. Gateway told me to contact Microsoft.
How am I supposed to setup word? Thankyou.

but basically you will need to contact Microsoft and explain the situation
to them.
