My other computer crashed and I am trying to reinstall my
software to this one.... I have the product key and all of
my info but it says that it has already been registered...
How do I either unregister it so I can reinstall it or at
least get a new Key # so I can install to my new computer

Thank you

Get the phone number for your local Microsoft office from
http://microsoft.com/worldwide and call them an explain your situation.  You
should be aware that if the software came pre-installed on your original PC,
it is more than likely and OEM version of the software that was only
licensed for use on that particular machine.
