When I enter a Word document to be used as the body of an
e-mail & then select "Send To" from the File pull-down, I
get the following error -- "Word could not load the e-
mail envelope.  This could be caused by a netword
connection problem or a problem with your office
installation."  I've reinstalled Office XP 2002 with no
change in the error.  Our intraoffice network should be
fine, because the other stations can use this capability
just fine.  Any thoughts?

Hi Karen,

I noticed that you didn't get a reply to this.  We are having the same problem but haven't found a solution yet.  We run Office XP Pro with Outlook 2003.  We haven't noticed the problem unless we run both products together.  If we just run XP it works or just 2003 it works, but combining them seems to cause this problem.  Were you able to find out what was causing this?

Dean.
