I have mistakenly deleted a number of rows from a table in
WORD 2002 and really need to be able to retrieve this.
Not realizing that I had not re-inserted the data, I hit
the Save button and now I have a table minus the data I
need :(
Hoping that the experts in this can help me.

If the document is still open, just use Undo. If you've closed it but have
"Automatically create backup copy enabled" (Tools | Options | Save), display
"All Files" and look for "Backup of <filename>.wbk," which will be the
previously saved version, which should include the deleted text, which you
can copy/paste back in.

If it is still open, press Ctrl-Z (undo). Otherwise, if you have Word set to
save a backup copy, you can open the backup.
