Hi,

I created a Word Table, which is going to be uploaded to
our website.  After that, the word document will be
available for downloading and filling in.  We would like
to make sure, they can fill in the required fields only
and not making any changes on our form.
Does anybody know if that is possible?  And how?

Many thanks

Susannah

P.S.: This document also will be available in PDF format,
but we would like to give options for people who do not
have Acrobat Reader for downloading the PDF files.

If this is a fillable PDF form, then you'd be much better off giving people
a link to download Adobe Reader (which every user should have anyway). To
approximate the same thing in Word, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
