Anyone know why the Column Width and other options are not available when
trying to create a new table style?  I'd like to be able to set specific
columns widths for a specific style.  Seems like it should be an option that
is available, but when selecting Table Properties from the Format button
menu, then choosing the Column tab, the options are grayed out.  Is there
something else I should be doing to enable these options?

It would be nice, indeed, but the Microsoft developers took the request to
"define one's own Table AutoFormats" literally and didn't add anything to the
resulting "Table styles" that's not available for Table AutoFormat. No column
widths :-(

You might consider saving a "basic table" as an AutoText entry and insert that
when a particular size is required.
