When I update the data table I'm working with it takes a
conspicuously long time to make the changes. The document
is around 280 records long and has roughly 20 fields.

Is there a point at which a table is no longer reliably
stable? I am considering moving our information to Access.

Thank you,
KC

I would always use Access for storing data.
