How do I select all pictures contained within a table at
the same time so that I can resize them all?

Click on one, then hold SHIFT and click on each of the
others.

Or (I'm not certain this will work over a table, but I
think it should): click the white arrow to the left of the
DRAWING toolbar. Drag a box across the screen so that it
includes the entire table. That should pick up all the
graphics that are formatted with textwrap.
