I have a table with 3 columns (ID, Author & Methos, and Summary).

Beacuse Summary usually contain large amount of text, I allow a row across
pages; however at second page of same row, only cell of Summary still has
text.
I would like at least ID will show up (or repeat) at second page.

Can anyone tell my how?

There's not really any good way to do this. If the Summary contains more
than one paragraph, you could split the row between paragraphs and repeat
the ID on the next page, but this is definitely handwork. I assume you've
already made the Summary column a lot wider than the others to accommodate
as much text as possible.
