Generally, this is done using form fields within table cells. Create the
form according to: http://www.theofficeexperts.com/word.htm#Fill-inForms
Place the formfields into table cells (for best results), and you can set
the row height of the tables cells to be EXACTLY. That way, even if they
continue to type, the page won't *grow*.
