I am wondering if there is any way of having a table
formated with the last row on each page having a border
underneath the row. The table is set with the repeat top
rows as headings so that the table merely flows on from
one page to the next as the table fills up. Unfortunately
I cannot see a way of having the last row on each page
have a border on the bottom so that the appearance is that
the table is 'unique' on each page.
Any ideas would be welcome

Clear all the borders (Alt + Ctrl + U) and start again. Add the outside
border to the table first, then the inside border, or use the grid setting
for your table (table > Properties > Borders and Shading.) If you set or
clear row borders individually then these get lost when the table breaks
across pages.

I assume you want this border to stay at the bottom of each page even when
the table changes. Then your best bet may be to make the "border" a part of
the page rather than of the table.
