I have a few large tables in a word document, but the table header that I set
as continue as header, appears on it's own page, and the rest of the table
appears on the second and third page of my document.  How can I get the
header and table to appear on the same page.

Make sure that the heading row is formatted as "Keep with next" and that the
remaining rows aren't.
