How do I set up records for dog breeding/health

I have a small breeding stock for which I would like to keep accurate records
of heat seasons, mating, whelping, health records (shots, worming) and chip
ID numbers.

You're much more likely to get a sensible answer if you ask in NGs related
to dog breeding than here.

Right, and you wouldn';t use Word in any case - Excel or Access is
appropriate.
