Join/rejoin a table that has been split.

Using MS WORD 2003, the older keystrokes Ctrl+Backspace doesn't rejoin a
split table.  Neither is there a solution in the HELP menu.  How do you
rejoin a split table?

Delete the empty paragraph between the two tables.
