I have developed a form that has to be filled out each day and the
information changes. I don't want the form to change. I have a table and if I
type a name in the space provided and it is too long, it will change the
appearance of the table by jumping down a line. How do I keep the form static
by that I mean unchangeable or uneditable?

You can specify an exact row height and column width.
