I have created at  table of contents using word, but need to have the page

What is currently wrong with them?

I have changed the order of the pages. Now I need the pages to match up. I
have updated the TOC still does not line up correctly.

If you have changed the order of the pages and updated the TOC and the
numbers are still wrong, then something else is going on. When you selected
the TOC and pressed F9, did you get a message asking whether you wanted to
update the entire TOC or just the page numbers? If so, did you update the
entire TOC? If not, then your TOC is either locked (Ctrl+Shift+F11 to
unlock) or unlinked or was never a TOC field in the first place.
