How do you prevent a repeating table header from being the only row at the
bottom of a page, without entering a page break?  I want an automatic
solution to this because entering a page break or extra blank lines manually
could cause odd page breaks if the text befor the table changes in length.

A table heading row (repeating or otherwise) should always be formatted as
"Keep with next."
