Is there a way to have a macrobutton's display text disappear after it is
double-clicked in the following situation (or ideally just not appear in the
printed version):

1.  In a template, I have set up a table with 3 rows.
2.  The user inserts financial amounts in Row 1 and 2.
3.  I have set up Row 3 with a Sum(Above) formula.
4.  Next to the formula, I have placed a macrobutton that runs a macro which
updates the field (ie. the total of the table).
5.  The display text of the macrobutton is 'Calculate'.
6.  After a user double-clicks on it and the field is updated, I would like
the word 'calculate' to no longer appear (or ideally, to not appear in the
printed version).

Thank you.

As this is a template, it would be simpler to move the macro control from a
macrobutton field to a floating custom toolbar, saved in the template, with
a button to run the macro. Then the problem doesn't arise.
