I've been trying for some time to chang ethe size of the column of a
table in this particular column.

I can resize the column but after i do this it changes the entire
layout of the document.

I've been trying for ages and I just can't do it. My word skills are
absolutely hopeless.

Hints much appreciated.

regards,

If this is Word 2000 or above, make sure that auto resizing is turned off.
