For Microsoft office word 2003, I am looking for an add-on which
remembers the mistakes I made on spelling and grammar.

When I type a document from MS Outlook or MS Word, I use the
spellchecker and the grammar checker before publishing it.

Since I want to improve my skill in this area, I would like to access
on all history of these changes.  For example, I want to be able to
see the top 10 (or top 50, top 100 or top x; and I define x) mistakes
I did on the spelling and grammar.  By doing this, I know the words I
have to learn.

Does it add-on exit? If not, can someone can create it?
