Hello -

I have many word documents that have bitmaps pasted inside, and I am
trying to determine if Word tracks this quality.

Is there some way to search for items like this (like in Outlook where
an attachment shows a paperclip) or is there some attribute these files
have ?

I have hundreds of them and so I was hoping there was an
add-in or some Macro that's been built that could sort it out so I
could see it in Windows Explorer,  or at least create a separate list.

G'day "Trizi" <tttrizi-misc@yahoo.ca>,

Sometimes the object carries its original .name with it - depending on
how it was embedded. This being so, you could read through all shapes
and inline shapes and report their name if it ends with a .bmp
