Does anyone know of a free or commercial macro (I'm no programmer) that can
delete any unused paragraph or character styles in a file? I have to do this
manually now because every time I import a Word file into Quark or Indesign
it will bring in all styles, which bloats my DTP files and causes faulty
font errors.

TIA

G'day "rmc" <rmc@nospam.com>,

The best way is to Maggie the document into a new document based on
the correct template. Copy and paste everything except the last
paragraph mark in every section to the new document.
