What we are looking for is to make word when ever someone does a paste
weither it be by contrl v or right click paste or going to the menu and
chooseing paste it will always do a paste special with no formating. I
have a macro for this but i dont know how to make all the paste hot keys
use it so it is seemless for my users any help please would be nice.

Yes.

Do ALT-F8 to access the macros dialog. In the drop down list, select Word
Commands. If you call a macro by any of those names, the regular Word
command will be "hijacked" by your macro with the same name, unless security
is set to high, in which case no macros will work anyway.
