How do I create a field to ask the user to enter information e.g. insert name (displayed on the screen, and allowed to be typed over), which will allow them to insert text/numbers? Do this: View menu > Toolbars > 'Forms' The Forms toolbar has buttons for adding text form fields, drop-downs, etc. Add a form field, then right-click and choose Properties to enter a prompt (default text), select the allowed input etc. Ben > - easiest thing to do is create a new document from the letter & fax > template, then just copy & paste the field(macrobutton) u want.
