Thanks - I saw that and it is helpful but I would like to get a book.
Any recommendations?

I liked this one:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1861002556/104-4838599-3571919?v=glance&n=283155

Take a "Look Inside" if you visit that link, to get a sense of its content.

If you follow that amazon link and look at the "also bought" list you'll
find Writing Word Macros by Steven Roman, which is one I learned a lot from
when I was starting to learn VB and VBA.  It's still on my "active" bookshelf
as opposed to my "consult occasionally" bookshelf.

Good luck
