Use the DateDiff () function in an If...Then...End If construction.

I thank You already for your answer. Is it possible to give me more
details. I am a beginner and it is for private use. I do not know very
much about If...Then...End If construction.

Is it possible that in that message the text is: "You have to send a
letter to XXX" XXX refers to the record where the date given in a field
is beyond 30 days.

If needed I will pay for the the answer. Send a personal e-mail if you
like it.
