How can I create a MsgBox when a date, in a Field, is beyond 30 days
Is it possible to give in a message like "Send a messaqge at (...). The
(...) referts to a a file in a record

If this is a mail merge then it can be done with fields, but not easily -
see www.wopr.com/cgi-bin/w3t/showthreaded.pl?Number=249902 for examples
