About Form Properties

Hello Everyone,

I am new in the world of vb.net. I have just started to learn that.
Because of initial level I could not understand some properties of
form.
If anyone can help me Pls solve my problem. The properties are :
  IME Mode
  Language
  Start Position and its option
  Localizable
  Right to Left

How to make a userform.

You can also password protect your project where you'll create the
userform.  Click Project name, right click, select protection tab.
