Accessing combo in Excel

Can someone show me code to access the value in a combo box on a
worksheet?  I need to copy/paste this value in code to another
worksheet.

Also need to do the same for a radio button on the worksheet, read it's
value.

microsoft.public.excel.programming.  This group is for Word.
