forcing new autotext to a specific template

I need to know how to force new autotext entries to a specific template.
the template is set to startup with Word. My users are creating alot of
autotext and i want to backup their work via the template.

Take a look at the AutoText Loader which you can download from
http://addbalance.com/word/download.htm#Templates.
