I hope that someone can help me.  I made a document, and saved it, I want to
sabve it to CD, and when I save as and go to "E"  it tells me that I am not
authorized, and contact my administrator.  I went to control panel, user
accounts, and I am the administrator.  Can someone help me.  I am using
Windows XP SP2,

First, is your CD a burner, or just an ordinary CD reader? If it's not a
burner, you can't write to it.

Second, depending on your hardware, you usually have to use burning software
(Nero, Roxio, etc) to write to CDs. If your CD is a burner, you will have
some such software. Some recent computers have an autoburn mechanism, such
that you can simply copy files to the CD -- but if yours had this, you
probably wouldn't be getting the error message.
