Macros work for some people, not for all

Hi all,

If anybody could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
I've created a form to send out to our employees that will
allow them to fill in information.  At the bottom I
created a command button that has a routing slip back to
me in VBA.  Employees fill out the form, click on Return
and it comes back to me.  It has worked great for
approximately 1100 employees, however there are about 100
employees who say that it does not work for them, they
click on enable macros, click on the return button and
nothing.  They've sent the form back to me as an
attachment and when I open it, enable macros and click on
the return button, nothing.  Its like either VBA or the
command button has been disabled.  Has any one ever heard
of this?  I'm at my wits end and any help would be greatly
appreciated.  We are all using Windows 2000, with Word
2000.

G'day "Bill" <Bnash26@hotmail.com>,

They may be using Word an Outlook email editor which can be
problematic in these cases.
