Drop Down Boxes

I don't know if I've chosen the right newsgroup. I'm trying
to create a very simple form that I can email to people,
have them fill it out, and email it back to me.

I've tried to insert a drop-down box. I entered four
options into the drop-down box "properties" box, but only
one of them displayed in the form, even after turning the
"protection" on. I tried putting on a scroll bar to make
the other options visible, but no go.

What do I need to do to get a nice-looking drop-down box or
combo-box (I tried both), where it will be apparent to the
user that there are more options than the one visible?

Thanks

Hi Heather,

Unless you're planning to email this as an attachment, you can
only use fields from the Web Tools toolbar.

If you want to use form fields (and mail as an attachment),
the use only the Forms toolbar. Additional entries (by
clicking a dropdown arrow) will be available when the focus is
in the dropdown list AND Tools/Protect document is active.

I do *not* recommend using the Controls Toolbox, as this will
cause macro security to kick in, which you probably don't want.
