Hi Burkhard:
What I'd do is to make an identical presentation on the template where the
userform resides, or send the userform informtion to another template with
the position of the data is exactly where you want it, then print it out. If
you really really like how your UserForm looks like, you can Hijaak it and
embed a jpg onto your template, exactly where you want it.
You might wish to look at the MS Word EMR Project where data is sent out all
over the place (last I looked, there were 8 Word templates, as well as the
backend mdb Access tables). It can be downloaded from
http://www.emrupdate.com/freestuff/alborgesmd.aspx. The code is not "open
source" yet, but if there is a particular automation sample you are
interested in, ask away...
Regards,
Al

Hi Al,
thanks for the quick answer.
It seems to me that the easiest way is to hijack the form.
But how to do it?
I assume that you can help me further...
Greetings
Burkhard

Hi Burkhard:
The application that I use is SnagIt!, downloadable from cnet.com (trial is
a full version for 1 month). You can place a bmp or jpg on your template
then place some text boxes on the areas where you wish to place bookmarks
for data which could be changed. Use your form to update the bookmarks.

Al
