Hi,
I have a macrfo that will open a single word file, extract the data and save
it as a csv file - which is what I want.  What I now need to do is to make
the macro do this automatically for every .doc file in the folder,  and I
have no idea how to do this.

Is this possible and if so can some kind person point me in the right
direction

thanks
