I have a spread sheet that is up dated daily, text and numbers, I need to
update word userforms with this data. How would I go about this.

A priori it seems that your questions doesn't have anything to do with
userforms or vba...
If it has, can you provide more details.

Meanwhile, this might be useful.

Select the data you want in Excel;
Copy;
Place the cursor at the desired location in the Word document;
Edit > Paste Special > With Links (radio button on the left) > select the
data Type on the left;
OK;
Repeat for each piece of data.
