I saved this protected document with the review option of 'Final' but it
opened on another computer as 'Final with Markup'.

Please let me know if there is a more appropriate forum to post this to.

TIA,
Eric

Hi Eric

You've posted to the microsoft.public.word.vba.userforms group. This
group deals with creating user forms (dialog boxes) using VBA (Visual
Basic for Applications). A more appropriate group might have been
microsoft.public.word.docmanagement.

But to answer your question, by choosing to display as 'Final' all you
did was hide the tracked changes. You can't determine how another user
will display a document.

For more information, see

Hope this helps.
