I have various macros running on various machines. All pcs use Windows
2000 and Office XP. When creating a document from a specific template I
receive the following error message but only on one specific computer:
Runtime error '-2147417848 (80010108)' (automation error the object
envoked has disconnected from its client). It then closes word with an
"illegal operation". I have reinstalled Office and still no joy.
Any ideas?

Open the template on the offending computer and debug the AutoNew macro to
see where it is falling over and possible add an error trap to catch it
