If the Contacts folder's property is defined as an Outlook address book,
then the code shown at http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm will allow you
to choose which address book to pick your address from.

Thank you for the code. However, I do not see the delegate's Contacts in my
list to be able to select a name. I have access to Sally Johnson's Contacts.
I have added Sally's mailbox to my Outlook View and can switch to her
Contact's folder, but I don't see her Contacts when I'm in Word.
