file save as macro in word

I need to create a macro in word that highlights the first sentence in a
document and then saves it to a directory using that sentence as the name.  
Is that possible?  The sentence will only be a 3 to 4 words at the most.

This is the default filename anyway although non-alphabetic characters will
truncate the name.
