When I save a Word file as htm a folder is automatically created I do not
want to have to upload all these folders - my pages to do not have headers
and footers - I would like to put all the images for all the pages in one
file - does anyone else dislike all these folders and/or have a solution?

You'll have to test, but I suspect LINKING the pictures, where the pictures
are in the same folder as the document, might work.
